Staff Employment Application

1. This application is for those interested in becoming a staff member (Office Assistant, Supervisor, Driver, Dix Garden Center, Management). Those interested in becoming a general Production Worker should visit the Employee Application.
2. Thank you for your interest in applying for a job with MCII Sheltered Workshop.
3. Please complete each section of the application and submit it to MCII.
4. Applications are kept on file for a period of 12 months and are reviewed on an as needed basis.
5. If we want to schedule an interview, we will contact you at the telephone number or address listed herein. Should you have a change in either of these, please notify us so we can make the necessary changes on your application.
6. A background check will be required.
7. Drug and alcohol testing will be required of employees pursuant to the Drug-Free Workplace Policy, a copy of which you will receive prior to employment.
